Samsung Upgrade the N150

It is hard to understand why sometimes computer makers make a big deal about a simple upgrade, but many do and in this case it is Samsung that are making a big thing about upgrading the N150 10.1 inch netbook. The upgrades are actually a larger hard drive, power saving feature, fast boot feature and the addition of Microsoft Office Starter Edition 2010.

Asus offers Windows 7 upgrade

The mini laptop specialist from Taiwan, Asus have just announced that they will be participating in the Windows 7 upgrade scheme. This is where they are able to sell current computers with a Microsoft operating system.

This is great news for buyers who can go ahead and get a new computer armed with the knowledge that they can upgrade to the new operating system when it is released in October.

HP upgrades the dv2 with Dual Core AMD

Fans of AMD will be pleased to hear that HP are upgrading the twelve inch Pavilion dv2 mini laptop with a dual core AMD NEO processor and an integrated Radeon HD 3200 graphics chip. HP is due to announce this sometime this week, more details then!
