Does that name look familiar, yes it could similar to Vaio and the way that it is written on the top of the mini laptop lid a quick glance could mean that someone will be fooled. However, is this a fake Sony Vaio or a proper computer that has similarities to the Sony version? One thing is for sure it is not likely to be sitting on the shelves of the local super market any time now.
It is amazing how the hackers get the time to do some of their best work, take “DaHarder” who has managed to get a brand new Sony Vaio P and converted to run the Leopard operating system. This may not be all of that impressive as it stands.
This has to be one the coolest laptops to be unveiled for a while, it fact could this be the Apple beater, that we have all heard was coming but the Sony Vaio TT ultraportable has all the looks and style of the Apple MacBook, but with the style of Sony too.
The CES 2009 will see a new Sony Vaio P series, there are only a few images and no specs yet, but what would but what would we expect to find from a top Japanese company that have probably spent a whole lot of cash on the CES.

On the New Zealand version for the Sony website there is a strange countdown page, its black in colour and at the moments is standing at sixteen days to go, but for what? The text says, “On the 9th of January you will change the way you look at laptops. Forever.”
Since Sony started making the VAIO line of laptops in the late ’90s, they have been superior business and play machines. And with the newest laptop offering, the Sony VAIO VGN-Z590, not much has changed as far as superior products go. In terms of specs though, the new Sony VAIO VGN-Z590 has some killer additions.

Sony has announced their new 11-inch Sony VAIO TT with Blue-ray discs and weight only 2.87 pounds. I do like it but pricing seems to be a little on the high side for this one. I’d like to spend less money on such laptops. But yes, this Sony VAIO TT would qualify as a netbook, barely with 11.1″.
