Samsung launches three new laptops

When Samsung launched the Series 9 laptop who would have thought that this would be the beginning of a whole range of laptops. Well with the announcement of the three new laptops under the “Series”, title. The Series 2 laptop comes in both 12.5 inch and 14 inch sizes the difference being that the 12.5 inch with a Celeron processor and the 14 inch with a Core i3 CPU. Both machines will have 2GB to 4GB of RAM, and 320GB hard drives. The Series 4 laptop offer the same screen sizes, but they do come with higher end processors such as the Core i3 to Core i7, better RAM capacity up to 6 GB, and improved hard drive space up to 500 GB at 7,200rpm. Finally there is the Series 6 laptop, this will offer a larger screen from 14 inch to the 15.6 inch, powered by Core i3 to Core i7 Sandy Bridge CPUs, 4GB to 8GB of RAM, optional 128 GB to 256 GB SSDs and with a 1600 x 900 pixel resolution display and there is also the optional Nvidia dedicated graphics. With the launch of the Shark design netbook the NF210 by Samsung, it seems that the next stage would be to develop it further and at some later stage bring out an updated version. However, Samsung have gone the other way, instead of up grading the NF208 as the model number would suggest is a step backwards. This budget type netbook has the same shark design, but comes with no operating system giving the buyer a chance to choose their own OS. The N150 is light and small, therefore easily portable yet at the CeBIT in Germany Samsung are pushing the N150 for kids and as expected it is almost identical to the grown up version the only difference being that it comes with some additional software aimed at kids.
