Intex is an Indian computer maker that is about to enter the laptop market with the N101 WC1101, it does not appear to have anything new or different to bring to the market, therefore we must assume that price is going to be key here.

Glarewear for better outside viewing

Normally it makes no difference as to whether it is summer or winter using a laptop outside means not being able to see the screen very clearly. If you put sunglasses on the screen will go even darker, that leaves the Glarewear sunglasses, these do the job apparently.

MSI adds CR600 and CX600 to range

MSI have been bringing out some interesting laptops recently and now they have entered the sixteen inch laptop market with the CX600 and the CR600. There are not many differences between the two; the basics are the same it is just the graphic cards that vary.

The Lenovo Ideapad S12

This is a twelve inch mini laptop, its looks nice with a glossy casing and is being placed in the market place at the same level as the Samsung NC20. But when compared there is little to choose from with regards to which is the better model, when it comes to size, performance, battery life, weight and display there is little to choose between the two. When it comes to price, it would seem that there is only around $50 difference!

Sony Vaio W ready for pre-order at Amazon

Amazon is doing well today, but the pre-order pages on its site are very interesting. Amazon UK is offering all three colours for pre-order (white, brown and pink) for £430 but there is no estimated release date is given, although Sony expects the Vaio W in the stores by the middle of August. The Vaio W is also available for pre-order in the US through Amazon.com for $499.99, but only in the brown and pink colour.

MSI adds EX460 to business range

The Taiwan based manufacturer MSI have been bringing out some interesting computers recently and this is no exception. The EX460 is a nice looking machine aimed at the business user, with a 14 inch display and an Intel Core 2 Duo processor it is built as a workhorse, but without looking as if it is.
