This is the Sony version of netbook, although in Sony’s eyes this word apparently does not exist. Instead, this device is the “Internet Book” could this be new generic name for mini laptops? However, of course this is a netbook by anyone’s standard and because Sony is well known for going in high on the price and there is no reason to expect that this time anything will be any different.

The thinner and lighter Archos 10s has appeared in the UK at only 0.86″ thick that is thin and it weighs in at only 2.2 pounds. The nicely designed Samsung N310 is to be renamed “GO” for when it eventually arrives in the US, currently the mini laptop is doing very well in the UK, but as of yet the 10.1 inch colourful computer has not appeared in the US. The estimated time of release is the 15th July and this is when the Samsung Go will hit the stores, but at the moment there are no pages up.
