The computer maker Dospara has just launched a new model called the Prime Note Beatribe, it’s a mini laptop with a twelve inch display that is very useful when using any computer outside or when travelling, the smaller displays are just too small and the fifteen inch plus displays are simply too bulky. This maybe just right under the correct conditions, for the person who needs to be away from home or the office, but has the need to be in touch too.

Packard Bell is finally scrapping the small screened Dot Netbook, which is essentially a rebadged Acer Aspire One, but only with an 8.9 inch display. Of course, Packard Bell is owned by Acer and therefore the chassis of most of their computers are going to be more or less the same.

The mini laptop world is rocking with new models at the moment, and the computer maker LG is not about to be any different to the rest as they have just launched a newer version of the LG X110 mini laptop. The LG X120 is very similar to the previous model with the exception of 3G wireless connectivity.

Does that name look familiar, yes it could similar to Vaio and the way that it is written on the top of the mini laptop lid a quick glance could mean that someone will be fooled. However, is this a fake Sony Vaio or a proper computer that has similarities to the Sony version? One thing is for sure it is not likely to be sitting on the shelves of the local super market any time now.

This is another mini laptop from Acer, it’s very similar to the Aspire One and therefore it has be assumed that the device is going to be the 10.1 inch version unless they have brought out a totally new machine which would be surprising to say the least.

This is a strange time to venture into the mini laptop market, especially due to the current economic conditions around the world, but you have to suppose that this machine was in the pipeline for a long before and the timing is just a matter of course. The notebook that was originally codenamed Neutrino has been designed to cater for the needs of people who use this type of equipment on a daily basis, it is not just for surfing, this is a communications device.
