Acer Android next month

At the Computex 2009 there was an Acer display showing the proposed Acer and Android OS combination, initially it was announced that the would be a working model of the Acer Aspire One D250 with the Android Operating System in August, but that is in a couple of weeks time!

MSI adds EX460 to business range

The Taiwan based manufacturer MSI have been bringing out some interesting computers recently and this is no exception. The EX460 is a nice looking machine aimed at the business user, with a 14 inch display and an Intel Core 2 Duo processor it is built as a workhorse, but without looking as if it is.

Google OS for netbooks

This has been coming for some time now, Google have been creeping around the software sector for some time, with apps giving users the opportunity to use email, browser and now an operating system that has been designed for netbooks. The way that Google see it is that most netbooks are using Windows XP; this has been around for eight years or so and has been designed to work with Pentium III and IV processors. Whereas today’s netbooks are using x86 and ARM chips, Chrome OS has been designed to work with these.

The W series in the Sony Vaio range is nothing more than an additional computer to be used when the owner is out and about. As for the battery, it comes with a three cell standard variety, but will also come with the option to order the better six cell battery that is supposed to run for around five hours.

The F88 from Shenzhen Zaiben
