Personally, I am a big fan of Dell Inspiron laptops as they are so cheap and haven’t failed me so far. I already own two Dell 1525 laptops I bought last year.

After searching for a good deal on a 15″ laptop, I finally found a ready-to-ship Dell Inspiron 15 laptop for $539.95 on Amazon. This is much cheaper than Dell.com site itself, I believe it’s because these have slightly slower CPUs than the ones Dell.com is right now selling.

These are the good deals you can take advantage of, especially since there’s not much noticeable difference in the slightly slow

Sometimes mini laptop owners require an additional screen, something with a bit of size to it and Samsung have come to the rescue with what they claim to be the world’s first USB connected monitor. It was on show at the World IT show 2009 for the market in Korea.

Manli gets fresh appeal

This is the Manli laptop as on display at the Computex 2009, this has been featured before but not with so much up close and personal detail. Hence, the repeat, but more information warrants it. We have to wonder though, will we ever see these computers here or is this just another brand that is limited to the eastern market.

The Toshiba mini has good battery

When Toshiba announced that they were launching the Toshiba mini NB205 it would be a milestone for the firm, for this would be the first mini laptop launched into the US market. Even though this is the Dynabook UX that just happens to have been rebranded, it does have a superior battery giving the user around eight and half hours use from one charge.

Acer add more laptops to US site

Until a while ago, Acer appeared to be unaware how large the mini laptop market is, because despite the amount of models that it makes, only two were listed the 8.9″ and the 10.1″ Aspire One Netbooks. However, this has changed with others being added and now the more recent addition of the Acer Aspire One 531 both the standard and pro versions are listed on the US site.

Is this the world’s fastest notebook?

It must take a brave computer manufacturer to claim that their computer is the fastest gaming laptop in the world today. However, this is what Cyberpower are claiming and they could be right until you check out the specs and then the claim seems to fall away when compared to other gaming laptops and other machines, good try though.
