Well they are, although that is what they initially said. However, already the $10 laptop has been increased to $20 now that is inflation for you. Dell has announced their new Dell Inspiron Mini 12 to be coming out soon. I guess the new Mini 12 will actually not be a “netbook” per say, as its display will be 12″. Still, I am guessing that this will be a great minimized laptop for those on the go.
