This is simple device that has been built especially for the Asus Eee PC 901 16G, it will run like an external SSD device, but with the added safety of it being lugged into the USB port for a quick and speedy install. The funny thing about this is that Buffalo do not sell this on its own, the user would need to buy a larger 32 Gb or even the 64 Gb SSD, this replaces the one that is in the Asus and the original 16 Gb SSB drive is put into the case as your new spare SSD drive. Source [Portable Monkey] a asus eee pc, buffalo, gb, Laptop Accessories, monkey, SSD, USB, usb port
a

But then again the laptop will offer a great value product even at $20 if it remains at the price; it is a good idea if only they pull it off. The laptop will be called the Sakshat it will have 2 Gb of storage, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, eight to ten inch display, this laptop is due to hit the street in just six months time. On top of this, the government will be paying a quarter of the costs of the broadband too for young children. Source [Coolest Gadgets] a 10" Netbooks, 8.9" Netbooks, broadband, gb, indian government, Kids Laptops, laptop, sakshat, storage
a

All models can be upgraded to a 4Gb memory, although the version with AMD can be expanded to 8 Gb.
This laptop is a cross between the fifteen inch Studio 15 and the 13.3 inch Studio XPS 13, but do not hold that against it, because although Dell machines are not the highlight of the laptop world for some people these new machines are well worth a look. As with most Dell’s there is the option to take this laptop to the limit with a 4 Gb worth of RAM and if required a dedicated ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3450. Clearly, there is a 14.1 inch screen with a resolution of 1280 x 800; this is also backlit, which is convenient. Priced at around $700 Source [Trusted Reviews] [Gallery] a 14" Laptops, ati mobility, Dell Laptops, dell machines, gb, hd, highlight, laptop, mobility radeon
a

Dell has announced their new Dell Inspiron Mini 12 to be coming out soon. I guess the new Mini 12 will actually not be a “netbook” per say, as its display will be 12″. Still, I am guessing that this will be a great minimized laptop for those on the go. Here’s some obvious features that are terribly great but aren’t that bad either: With a starting weight of only 2.72 lbs.1 and only 0.92 in. thick1, current standard features on the Inspiron Mini 12 include: Windows Vista® Home Basic, built-in webcam, 1GB of RAM and a choice of 60 GB or 80 GB hard drive1, providing ample capacity for mobile applications, content creation and storage. Built-in Bluetooth® and 802.11b/g wireless. A sharp 12.1-inch WXGA display, offering wider viewing angles and exceptional brightness. As far as I can tell, this Dell Inspiron Mini 12 won’t really be “Mini” afterall, it’s just a 12.1″ laptop with minimized features for portability. Here’s some other helpful links: Laptop Magazine has reviewed the Mini 12 at a meeting in San Francisco Michael Dell’s personal sneak peak at Mini 12. a 12" Laptops, ample capacity, angles, bluetooth, dell inspiron, Dell Laptops, gb, helpful links, laptop … Continue reading →
a
