The electronics giant Samsung has announced that its N120 mini laptop is to become the first computer in its class to get the TCO Certification, this means that the computer is certified as being free from mercury and other materials that are considered hazardous, as well as offering energy efficiency. Therefore, if you are in the market for a green machine, then this could be the one.

It’s supposed to run on a 900MHz Celeron processors, with 512MB of RAM, a 40GB hard drive, built-in WiFi and Ethernet. It has decent specs for a $400 laptop.
