The wait for the launch of the latest offering from Dell is becoming unbearable and now visitors to the Dell Adamo site http://www.adamobydell.co.uk/ will notice that they have gone all romantic, whatever that it about, sure it is the season of love and all of that but what is going on with Dell? The site starts off with “Prepare to fall in love” and they are inviting the visitors to leave their details, this so that they can following the romantic story that is about to take place. For $99 perhaps we should be not be expecting too much, but we do live in a commercial world and therefore it is expected that we should all be getting the best deal for the least amount of cash, the Dell Adamo definitely falls into this category. The machine itself will has got a thirteen inch screen, built in TV tuner, integrated HSDPA, GPS and 802.11n network, normally this laptop would cost around $500, but it will cost $99 when tied to two year contract with AT&T. Dell to offer new thin laptop

It may be early days, but it looks as if Dell is going to enter the market of ultra thing laptops, the rumours are that this machine is going to be called the “Adamo” and as that name is registered to Dell as a brand name, it all seems plausible. The new computer is said to directly compete with the Apple Mac Book Air, but would there ever be any direct competition between the two brands, probably not. It is all exciting though and we just cannot wait to see the new Adamo on display.
