It does not make much difference what you are using the iPad for, this gadget is going to be completely useless when the battery runs out and this is more likely to happen when you are out because of it running on the battery. Fortunately there is this case with built in battery pack that is capable of doubling the battery life of the iPad, this means the device can go all day long, literally! These are the features and specs for the iPad case with double battery life; The battery effectively doubles an iPad’s battery life, providing up to 24 hours of continuous video playback or up to 12 hours of industrious use (highest brightness, loudest volume, enabled Wi-Fi, and graphics-heavy games). The included cable connects the battery to an iPad’s charging port while the iPad nestles inside the cover. The case protects an iPad on all four sides yet keeps controls exposed for easy access. The cover adjusts for laptop use while typing and browsing or upright use for watching movies. Plugging the battery into a computer or AC using the included USB cable results in a full charge after … Continue reading →
a

From the outside, the Apple MacBook Pro is not going to look much different and for many users that will be a bit of a relief as sometimes design changes just for the sake of it often end up back firing and Apple cannot afford to slip up with the new Apple MacBook Pro. It seems that the specs were seen on the side of a box, and this is what the new Apple MacBook Pro will have to offer, a 13.33 inch glossy display with 1280 x 800 pixel resolution, it will be powered by the Intel Core i5 two cores at 2.3 GHz 3 MB cache, while the graphics come courtesy of the Intel Graphics GPU HD 3000 with 384MB of RAM shared with main memory and finally there is the high definition camera with the FaceTime feature.
As the time gets close to when the iPad2 is launched we have been seeing an increase in supposedly genuine cases for the yet to be announced device. However, one of the more credible designs has turned up at the CES 2011 in Las Vegas. Not only that, inside the case is a aluminium iPad2 mock up clearly designed to show how the device will fit into the case, but the closet yet to what we think the device will look and feel like. Visitors would be surprised to find that the current iPad would not fit the case either, as further clue that the new device will be slimmer and lighter. From this case design, we can get an idea on the device that it has been designed for, it will have the home button close to the bottom, a larger speaker, camera or cameras and it is going to be slimmer with it tapering to the edges, does this sound like the new iPad2!
As the imminent launch of Apple latest idea prepares for launch, there are many whispers of discontent around the industry, first there is the name personally, and I fail to what is so funny about the name iPad! Then there are those that are saying it is only a larger iPhone, well as an owner of an iPhone that would sell it to me, especially at a price starting at $499 and rising to $829, this is more than just a big 1.5 pound iPhone or even a tablet. This thing like most Apple products are a way of life, the iPad demonstrates a lifestyle that many people would love to have, it’s an aspiration to have the iPad isn’t it or is it something else completely else? Well now it seems that this dream or wish may well be coming true, because the rumour is churning a story that the next generation of the Apple MacBook Pro will be coming with the Intel Core chips installed.
Rumours are great, they make everyone think about stuff in a different way that is until it falls down and then it is a big let down for everyone. Anyway, the rumour mill is at work again and this time the word is that Apple has a tablet in the works and it is going to be released in October. It is a cool looking thing if is real, of course there are a few mock ups but that does not mean anything. Fortunately, October is not that far away and obviously there will be some leaks before the date comes around. As for the rumours, another one is that the Apple Tablet will cost around $800! However, unlike a normal price cut where features are taken away in order for the firm to make a profit on a lower costing machine, the new MacBook will have a full complement of features. The entry level computer will be priced between $1,300 and $1,500 depending on specifications, however there has not been any word as to the size of this machine, could this be the netbook that Apple fans have been waiting for or will slot in somewhere else in the range.
For MSI it looks as if it is Apple who lay down the benchmarks and MSI try to get a close as they possibly can to these specs. However, at the same time manage to hold back on the total price making them very affordable and there is no denying that the MSI is good value at $899 when it is compared to the Apple at $1,799, which is a hell of a difference. The design of the X340 is second to none with the exception of the keyboard with could have done with some extra work to make it feel worth spending you cash on, after all it is the keyboard that the user has contact with all of the time.
The computer maker Pystar who are known for selling their own branded desktop computers that use the Apple operating system are now saying that they are intending to market a range of mini laptops that also use the Apple OS X. This is despite the fact that there is a legal battle going on over the desk top version with Apple. It makes you wonder how these things come about, do Pystar think that they have an agreement with Apple or do are they just taking the OS and using it for themselves. It is a weird situation but Pystar must be sure of themselves otherwise why would they bring out a mini laptop. Source [Portable Monkey] a apple, Apple Laptops, Apple Products, mini laptop, os x, pystar
a

This is a brilliant idea that has come from the mind of a designer Tryi Yeh and very good it is too. This ultra slim e-folder or MAC folder. This device could be equipped with a multi touch screen display sporting a large button keyboard. Naturally, there is going to be Bluetooth, wireless connectivity and the MAC operating system. The trouble with concepts is that they look cool and a lot would like the idea of getting one, but at the end of the day they do not materialise, come on Apple have a look at this one! Source [Tech Fresh] a 10" Netbooks, apple, laptop, mac, mac folder
a

It seems that Apple is still the only computer maker who still does not have a current mini laptop on their books. It seems that they could be missing out of some serious business, as the likes of Dell and Asus who have really jumped onto the mobile computing band wagon are proving. But once again, the rumour mill is full of an Apple mini laptop being launched; it is supposed to be smaller and lighter than the smallest laptop in the Apple, but slightly larger than the iPhone. Which puts this new device right in the mini laptop zone. All we have to do is wait for the announcement when it comes. Source [Liliputing] a 10" Netbooks, 8.9" Netbooks, apple, Apple Laptops, Apple Products, device, mini laptop, small
a

When you look at this from the side with the lid closed down, it really does look like a MacBook Air, but of course there are going to be some subtle changes like this is not an Apple machine. However, it does have a 13.4 inch widescreen display, is powered by an Atom processor from Intel and weighs around 2.9 pounds. They have managed to slip in three USB ports, a card reader and naturally Ethernet too, but the coolest thing about this machine is the price, it has been estimated that the price is going to be between $799 and $999. Source [Geeky Gadgets] a 13.3" Laptops, apple, atom, card reader, intel, msi, MSI Netbooks, subtle changes, usb ports, widescreen display
a

There is probably no day that goes by without a rumour that concerns Apple to one extent or the other. So this one should not come as surprise to anyone who takes an interest in the goings on in Apple, are they talking to AT&T about producing a 3G enabled MacBook. AT&T are no stranger to this, they have already been involved with Acer for the Aspire One netbook, which was being sold for just $99 when taken with an AT&T contract. There is no doubt that a deal with Apple would prove to be very popular indeed. Source [Coolest Gadgets] a 10" Netbooks, 3g, acer, apple, Apple Laptops, netbook
a

It is becoming more and more popular for companies to introduce an additional screen especially for laptops, so as Apple never do anything by halves; they are bringing out a twenty four inch LED cinema display, which makes good use of the new mini display port video connection. So therefore, you now know that unless you have a brand new MacBook, MacBook Pro and MacBook Air laptop this extra monitor will not be any good for you. This is the ultimate screen extension for the Mac; unfortunately, there are no pricing or availability details. Source [Tech Radar] a apple, Apple Laptops, availability details, cinema, laptop, Laptop Accessories, laptops, macbook, radar, screen extension, video connection
a
