Yet another new release to come out of the Computex Taipei 2009, this time it is Acer’s turn to surprise and in this case amaze us with their technology.
This is the Acer Aspire 3D Notebook, obviously this is supposed to meet the demands of the home entertainment sector, rather than that of the business user. Unfortunately, because this is ultra new news apart from the images there is little else to go on.
The Acer Timeline laptop with 13.3 inch display has appeared at the Computex 2009 show in Taipei, Taiwan, another computer to think about as more details become available. One thing that does appear to be interesting is the announcement that this laptop will be just one inch thick, now that is thin and yet Acer is also claiming that the battery life will last for around eight hours.

Acer has been showing off an Aspire One mini laptop in Taiwan, it is so new that it still has the protective plastic covering the fragile parts. Nevertheless, this model comes with a UMTS modem, where and when this model is launched is not known but this is an interesting development.

The latest offering from Acer has thrown up some interesting concepts, none more so that the Aspire One 571 this has the usual 10.1 inch display, but comes with a mini Blu-ray drive that writes and reads tiny Blu-ray discs that measure only 32 mm but can store around 1 Gb of data.
