This would have to be from Taiwan, it is the Doraemon having been made for a firm called KuroKids it does looks remarkably like the classmate computer that is commonly given to kids, you have to suppose that this is commercially oriented move from the company.
Everything about this machine speaks out as being a marketing tool for the business, plus the fact that there are only eight hundred of these models being made.
