At just under centimetre thick and weighing in at just 2.4 pounds this is a nice netbook that looks as if it is going to be able to compete with the thinnest and lightest netbooks on the market today. It may not be one of the thinnest or in that case, the lightest, but it sure will be in there mixing it up at around $300!

The N61 and N71 launched by Asus

The fast growing computer makers Asus are at it again by launching two cool now laptops the 16 inch N61 and the 17.3 inch N71. These computers are designed for the higher end of the market where laptops are often pushed beyond their limits and as such, they come with the Asus SonicMaster amplification system for top of the range sound.

Euro Brand Medion renames MSI Wind

Within the computer industry, there are plenty of makes that share models and then rebrand them under their own names this has become common practice. Medion are one of those brands and have been rebranding MSI laptops for almost two years and now they have done the same with the MSI Wind U210 and as they have done in the past, they have done a good job with it.

At just one inch thick at its widest point and weighing just under four pounds, the HP Pavilion DV4 12.1 inch laptop is the idea machine for taking on business trips or for students to carry to and from college. This the MENQ Easy PC, it is a cool looking low power and low voltage powered netbook, this looks as if it is one of those netbooks aimed at the mass market in a similar that Asus was when they first came out a few years ago. There is not much info around, but there are some interesting specs below.

Hercules eCafe Netbook

The Hercules eCafe came out originally a while ago, but then it was for a small hand held computing device. Now it seems they have gone from hand held to something a little larger. The EC 1000W is a nice ten inch machine that has been given a serious makeover in the design stage and the look quite cool with the chicklet keyboard and fancy lid design.
