Qualcomm Snapdragon is everywhere

A short while ago you would not have heard much from a company called Qualcomm, but since the introduction at the CES in Las Vegas the name appears to be everywhere. They produce a 3G chipsets in fact most mobile phones use the Qualcomm chipset, but now they are moving into the mini laptop market with their Snapdragon chipset and is showing off their Windows CE mini laptop.

 

 

Specs of the Snapdragon:

1GHz CPU

Support for Linux and Windows Mobile

Wi-Fi

Bluetooth

3D graphics

XGA displays

Up to 12-megapixel cameras

DVB-H (mobile TV)
