Dual screen Kohjinsha netbook

by David Allen on Wednesday, October 7th, 2009

You know we miss out on some cool stuff sometimes; this is a bit of pain because this new netbook has been demonstrated at the CEATED show in Japan (Where else?). initially it looks like a normal machine, but take a closer look and you will notice two ten inch LCD screens, now that is cool, in fact it is cooler than cool.

What do you get inside? The AMD Athlon NeoMv-40 (1.6 Ghz), 4 GB of RAM (Max), 160 GB HDD and not forgetting the dual 10.1” wide LCD’s, no prices yet but then you cannot have everything. There is one cool note, these displays push together one in front of the other so that when the lid is closed it could be just another netbook!

It sounds cool indeed. Wonder how practical that would be in terms of portability and battery life. They don't seem to be concerned about that though considering they put an Athlon Neo in.
