I bought a Cherry Pal netbook from them on the week of March 29, 2010, and when I received it, I was not satisfied with the product so I returned it back for a full refund immediately. I received an e-mail from them, telling me that I was going to get a full refund and I never received anything. I have contacted them through e-mails several times, and they continued to give me the run around and now they won’t even respond to my e-mails. So beware, their products are substandard and if you return them, they like to rip people off and not reimburse you. 07/09/2010

I also ordered a Cherry Pal and was not satisfied in the least. Can’t even access email accounts from it. Which is why I wanted it to begin with. The company makes it sound so good by saying their aim is to put the internet into every home. Well if you don’t mind waiting half a day to get to a web page, then I suppose it’s okay. My advice….DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
