The latest addition to the Asus range can be found in some stores already granted they are in the UK, it’s the Asus Eee PC 1005P and 1005PE, and they come as you would expect an Asus to come with the same casing and features as the Eee PC 1005HA and the 1008HA with the exception of the Pine View chip.
The buyer of these newer versions of the netbook will experience longer battery power and possible improved performance, but that is going to depend on what the user is doing on the machine at the time.
Priced at $395 for the 1005P and $439 for the 1005PE.
