Owners of Asus Eee Pc mini laptops who are not happy with their 4 Gb, 12 Gb, or 16 Gb solid state drives (SSD) this is good news for Asus users who want a better faster machine without having to pay for a complete upgrade.
Of course, owners who live in Taiwan would only need to pay around $43 to Asus and they would do it for them, for everyone else it’s either a trip the repair man or do it yourself. Currently it is supposed to be just for the Eee PC 901 and live near to an Asus service centre. The payment allows the user to be upgraded to the next level.
