The Archos 9 ready for pre-order
The Archos 9 tablet PC has been in the pipeline for some time and now it is available for pre-order on the Archos Tablet Page.
The price is little less than expected but at $550, that is still a lot of cash for device such as this, but I suppose it has to be down to the consumer.
Specs – touch-sensitive 9-inch resistive screen, virtual keyboard, optical track point and left/right mouse buttons, 1.7cm thick, weighs 800 grams, support for 1080p files, with a 60GB hard drive plus 25GB online storage, Bluetooth keyboard, a port replicator, an Ethernet port, two additional USB ports, a VGA output and 2 audio jacks.
