It amazing to think that computer makers are already working on the production of laptops with OLED screens, in fact one maker Samsung are confident that they will be able to get the first laptops with an OLED display by the end of 2010.
An OLED display is said to work trouble free for up to two thousand hours, there some problems when the colour blue appeared to be weak although this seems to have been worked through. The technology can be easily transferred to mobile phones and other products.
