The DV7 from HP Pavilion is a great machine for watching movies and DVD’s, it has a great seventeen inch high definition screen that will look ok even in bright sunlight. You will get a finish too, its metallic look and pattern imprint shows that this computer has been thought out and not just thrown together. For fans of TV on the go, there is even the option for a TV tuner or you could just stream TV via the internet if not.

I have this HP Pavilion dv7 17″ laptop right now and I am very satisfied with it. However, I thought I could make it even better if I could add touchscreen capabilities to it. I have already upgraded to Windows 7, and I keep seeing DIY touch screen kits around. Do you think there is any specific kit I could get to make my 17″ screen a touchscreen?
