Acer to use Snapdragon technology

The computer maker from Taiwan, Acer are expected to announce at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona later on this month, that they intend to join the smart phone market too. This follows the intentions of Dell and Toshiba who will be bringing out their own version of this popular device.

 

 

These smart phone devices will be using the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon chip; this has been designed with the merging of computers and handsets. There has been a named put about for this device the Acer DX900, it will be running on Windows 6.1, have a 2,8 inch display, 3 megapixel camera and will have both USB and Wi-Fi connectivity.
