No matter what sort of tech you are looking at the concept of 3D eventually enters the frame, this time it is Sony who are joining the party with the launch of the Vaio F 3D series laptop.
Users will still be required to use active shutter glasses in order to view the 3D image, but do not worry at the flick of a switch the 3D can become 2D with no glasses required. This rush is on to get the Vaio F to market before Apple announce its new range, although it is understood that Apple have no 3D plans at the moment.

An 16 inch Full HD VAIO Display, Intel Core i7 processor, NVIDIA GeForce graphics with DX11, 8 GB of RAM, 640 GB hard drive, WLAN 802.11b/g/n; Bluetooth 3.0; superfast USB 3.0; Exmor HD web camera; S force 3D with Inbox bass reflex speakers, and running Microsoft Windows 7 operating system.
Prices expected to be around $2,500!
