The Dell TV Tuner tested

There has been a lot of things said about the Dell TV tuner for the Inspiron Mini 10, but these mainly revolved around the fact the device was shipped without the antennas, that was unhelpful  for the users and not this problem has been resolved it is time to see what all the fuss has been about.

The tuner is actually already fitted inside the machine the aerial plugs into the side and boosts the signal. It seems that without the aerial in New York the device picked up twenty two channels, but this is New York and if can’t get signal there you can’t get it anywhere! The devices seem to rely on being close to the broadcast towers, the closer the better or within clear sight of one at least.
