Mini laptops come with Malware!
It seems that there is no point in attempting to block malware and other viruses from attacking your new mini laptop. Because according to the anti software firm Kaspersky they recently found that a brand new $499 mini laptop running Windows XP already had malware inside.
Therefore, it is recommended that anyone who gets a new mini laptop or come to think of it any laptop should give is a scan before use just to make sure. As for the laptop in question, it was found that it had been infected via the USB port and was infected by the AutoRun worm.
