It may come as a surprise that there are not many consumers who know what the difference is between a notebook and netbook computer. In fact, there may even be some industry experts who are equally confused about the terms. Some people think that is has something to do with size, well in theory it could be that, but there are certain things that full sized laptops can do that their smaller brothers cannot, like watching and burning DVD’s.
Netbooks would traditionally have slower processors and lower resolution displays; this will make watching video and playing games not the best experience. It turns out that some comsumers have bought a netbook thinking that it was a smaller version of a laptop. However, it turns out that they did not mind either.
