New York Times offers subsidised Samsung Go

by David Allen on Thursday, November 26th, 2009

Most people have seen offers from mobile carriers offering netbooks and laptops at a discounted price, but a newspaper doing the same is unusual.

The New York Times is offering the fantastic Samsung N310 Go netbook with a discount of $100! All the consumer has to do is sign up for a one year subscription to the New York Times Reader software at $179.40.

Now the math, the Samsung N310 Go has a price tag of $379.99, which is $279.99 with the discount, but comes out at $459.39.

If you bought the Samsung N310 Go and read the New York Times online, it would cost you $379.99 or less, a saving of $79.40 or more!
