Here’s a DIY Plywood laptop case that might hide your laptop in a discreet way so burglars won’t even think there’s a laptop inside it. Of course, I’d probably stick with regular ol’ foam and textile laptop bag but if you have carpenter skills, I don’t see why not you can’t make one of these for your home or even for brief travels to the office.
The laptop case is formed from two bend panels of plywood which slide along one another to encase the laptop computer.The case is lined with cork to provide additional heat resistance and protection.

If you can add two round protrusions, it`ll be more easy to take out the laptop from the case!
The two round protrusions, one side one piece; can be wood or plastic or something else.
The two round protrusions can be attached on the two sides by Akzo Nobel glue or by hardware, etc.
Just like the handle of the drawer!
