Alienware Launches Area 51 m17x 17-inch Laptop!
Alienware launches their Area 51 m17x 17-inch laptop. Well, I am a big fan of 17-inch laptops even though there is the mini-laptop kraze in the air.
The freakin’ laptop comes with a NVIDIA® GeForce® 8800M GTX with up to 1GB of dedicated graphics memory , which makes my mouth water.
Of course, performace does come at price and you will be seeing at least $5,000 before you can experience ultimate gaming experience.
The Verdict
This is a fully customizable laptop so it can be a good desktop-substitute laptop for all your computing needs. But don’t buy it if you need a portable laptop, I doubt the battery will last with all the power consumption.
The Area 51 does include many HD options so if you are going to hook up your HD LCD TV to your laptop, this is the ultimate laptop to get.
