Looks like automobile manufacturer Daewoo is jumping in the kid’s laptop market with its Lukid laptop, looks very similar to the OLPC laptop.
On the downside, the Lukid is going to cost around $500 USD so don’t see it selling anywhere other than Korea anytime soon.

This is how the Eco PC (or the Classmate PC) is going to look. So far it’s rumored to be a 10-inch laptop with a 9-inch display that weighs a little under 3 pounds and will sell for sub-$400.
