Terra Mobile launches 1021GO netbook

He we see the use of the all new Intel Atom N570 1.66 GHz dual core processor, which makes a change from netbooks coming with older style chips. The netbook has the standard 10 inch display with 1024 x 600 pixel resolutions and graphics are provided through the GMA 3150 graphics card. Acer not phasing out Netbooks

For a moment the competition were feeling a bit of relief when report were going around that Acer were going to be phasing out all of their netbooks in favour of tablets. However, the company have issued a statement that completely denies that they are thinking about this action.

In fact it seems that Acer will not be even be launching any new tablets with the latest Sandy Bridge platform from Intel, so it seems that for now at least netbooks will definitely be on the Acer Menu!
