These may only be available in Japan at the moment, but we know that it will not be long before they start to appear in other markets around the world. Therefore, what we need to look out for is the Qosmio Dynabook, G50, F50, GX and FX.

Toshiba NB100 video review

toshiba_nb100_c

Here’s the second Stuff netbook review. (I posted the first one yesterday.) This is for the Toshiba NB100, which I haven’t heard as much about. But judging from the video, it looks like it packs in some interesting features.

Toshiba Satellite M305 review and specs

toshiba

We took a look at the Toshiba Satellite E105-S1402 the other day, so I figured comparing the new Toshiba Satellite M305-S4835 specs might be appropriate. The M305, which runs about $1,050, is almost identical to it’s Best Buy cousin. However, the M305 is set up to be a little more powerful at home.

Primarily, the M305 can be used as a home media center, with a nice display size and a reasonable proc

Toshiba Satellite E105-S1402 Review and Specs

satellite-e105-s1402-laptop_sku-copy

Another laptop available through Best Buy, the Toshiba Satellite E105-S1402 is based on consumer research and the final product reflects that.

Stylistically, the Satellite E105-S1402 has a funky finish case and a backlit keyboard. But more than that, it packs some solid specs for a under $2,000 notebook. However, some flimsy plastic and poor interior design pull down what could be a spectacular setup.

r10-5

Toshiba rolls out the Tecra R10 along with the other Portege A600 (read the review).  What I like most about this R10 laptop without even looking at specs is how large the cooling metal fins are on the side of the laptop.

One of the biggest problems with bigger, performance laptops in the past have been problems with CPU cooling.  With great advances in CPU technology, manufacturers usually put a CPU fan that will last just over a year, causing the laptop to bre

Toshiba Portege A600 Review

a600-5

Toshiba rolls out a new 12.1″ widescreen laptop loaded with Intel Core 2 Duo Processor SU9300, 3GB PC6400 DDR2 800MHz SDRAM, 160GB HDD, DVD, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD, and webcam.

Toshiba’s new Portege A600 will allow you to watch HD movies except there’s one important thing missing, there’s no DVI outputs for connecting to your HDTV.  If that’s something you don’t care about, this is a great laptop but still, I’d have to say the pricing is a little bit higher than it’

Toshiba NB100 – Eee PC Killer?

nb100

Toshiba will be launching their first line of netbooks in the U.K., will they be able to be touted as Eee PC Killers?

I think not as ASUS already has gone way too far ahead of everyone else.

There’s no word on detailed specs yet but we will keep you updated.

The 8.9n screen comes in at 1024×600, making some netbooks look weedy by comparison. You’ll be able to use it to make video calls thanks to the 0.3MP webcam and get online with either Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
