It seems that markets around the world are getting new machines, no longer is the Europe or the US the number launch pad for a new products, which is an interesting development. The latest launch is the Fujitsu Lifebook AH530 GFX, this is a 15.6 laptop with all of the usual trimmings, although it is not going to be as cheap as we would expect for this market, it comes with a starting price of around $814.
This is real nice starter laptop from Fujitsu, it comes with a useful 11.6 inch display, is around an inch thick and weighs only three pounds, hence the ultraportable tag. It may be small and light for laptop but it does come with some decent features such as, the AMD Athlon II Neo K125 1.7GHz processor and the vivid 11.6 inch WXGA (1366 × 768) screen.

Without even so much an advert in a newspaper Fujitsu have launched and are offering for sale a twelve inch version of the LifeBook Tablet T730. It is a cool looking machine but with less screen that the T900 and even though it weighs lighter at 3.9 pounds, that is still considerable more weightier than many of the competitors tablets, which could be an issue.

According to a spokesman from Fujitsu UK, the company are recalling thousands of laptops due to a battery problem that could cause the computer to catch fire.
The models affected are the Fujitsu Amilo Pa2510, Pi2512, and the Pi2515 notebook, it is estimated that there could be over fifty thousand batteries affected, but the problem seems to be confined to Europe only.
This is a laptop that is not for like of us ordinary mortals as it seems to have been designed for the business user in mind. It weighs only 1.38 Kilos and comes with a nice 12.1 inch display. Therefore, why they think it is for the business user beats me!
It does have one interesting element though, while in eco mode the battery is said to be capable of lasting up to ten and half hours, now that is very useful, business user or not.

This is a great looking mini laptop with ten inch display, but there the brilliance ends! It seems that there is little that separates the entire mini laptop market these days with many of the brands all fielding the virtually the same specs, but at least this one has a decent looking design.

Anyone expecting this to be a mini laptop will disappointed, as this is a full screen 15.6 inch screen size laptop that offers a reasonable amount memory and RAM. As well as the usual amount of features that you would expect from a new machine.
