Samsung offer two new laptops

Samsung have launched two new laptops onto the market, these are the Both of these machines come with the Nvidia Optimus switchable graphics technology, including the Intel HD integrated graphics and the GeForce GT540M 1GB video card. In addition, the systems have 4GB of DDR3 memory, and a 500GB hard drive. The main difference appear to be that the RF511 comes with a DVD burner and 1366 x 768 display resolution, while the RF711 comes with a Blu-ray combo drive and a 1600 x 900 screen, there is a mere $50 differnece too!

MSI release the CR650

MSI have been busy this week by releasing a couple a high spec laptops, this one is the CR650 it is directed at the home and small business user. It offers a good all round spec with the chance to upgrade and change some of the main features, but this is bound to have a serious effect on the final price, which is something to consider.

Terra Mobile launches 1021GO netbook

He we see the use of the all new Intel Atom N570 1.66 GHz dual core processor, which makes a change from netbooks coming with older style chips. The netbook has the standard 10 inch display with 1024 x 600 pixel resolutions and graphics are provided through the GMA 3150 graphics card. In all this is an exciting direction for this netbook to go, we will have to see if it works later when the machine is released.
