MSI launch the U160 and U135

On show at the CES 2010, is the latest additions from MSI it is the U160 & U135, these machines are directly competing with the new Asus Eee Seashell range of netbooks and to be frank the MSI range might just have a range of computers that beat Asus hands down.

Naturally there is not much information around on these machines only that they are new, have 2 Gb of RAM, a ten inch display and are ready to hit the market very soon.

Lenovo’s first smartbook launched

This is Lenovo’s first venture into a very exciting market, the smartbook market, yes we need a category! But just to recap, a smartbook is a device that combines specs of a smartphone with that of a netbook.

So this is the Lenovo Skylight, it is an ARM powered device, which makes it a smartphone, but it is comes in clam style casing and has features that you would expect to find in a netbook.
