uSmart launch 4.8” micro laptop

You do not get laptops much smaller than this, well you could but you would hardly be able to see the screen. This is the uSmart M1C 4.8 inch micro laptop that could probably fit into your pocket if it is large enough of course!

Information on this is very limited at the moment with it only recently been shown off, but what we would need to consider is of there is a market for such a device, uSmart must think so but it is the consumer that buys the products.

There is not much to choose from between the Swordfish Net 120 netbook and the Net 20 version, most unusually the Swordfish Net 120 comes with two separate Intel Atom N270 processors, whereas the Swordfish Net 20 comes with dual core Atom 330 processor.

The Net 20 has to be the better version to choose as you are getting a much better device, but it depends on the work that you are looking for the computer to do as well, so many choices to make!

Acer release the D250 with Android

Acer have been showing off the Aspire One D250 with the Android operating system. However, do not expect to be getting this bay on the cheap, for Acer has covered all of the bases when it comes to price.

The D250 will be going on sale on the 22nd October, so that means that Windows 7 is going to be tucked in there somewhere, so the D250 will be coming in two versions. The Android OS with Windows XP Home at $450 and the Android OS with Windows 7 Start with a price tag of $485, so what about the Acer Aspire One D250 with just the Android OS!

Acer upgrades 1410 to 1810TZ

Acer has an impressive range of kit available, but the Aspire 1410 never seemed to live up to our expectations this was probably down to the fact that it struggled with heavy jobs such as playing back HD video.

However, the Aspire 1810TZ is a completely different piece of work as it has an Intel Duo SU7300 ULV processor; it is a low voltage processor but none the less is capable of handling more tasks at a faster rate.
